  1. Paid for 40gb plan June 14th never got my plan added. So talked to customer service few times they said they fixed it and to restart my phone and call back if plan didn't get added so when my phone restarted I couldn't even make a phone call to them or send anyone a text message so to this day I still haven't received my plan as of June 19th!
I was told last to call them back in 48 exact hours? Why? I can't even chat with customer service on their own website!
They blocked that site from me! Really like WTF???
  1. I was in the middle of a phone call and out of nowhere the phone cut off. Now I can't call anyone and can't receive calls but I can text and receive texts. Why would this be?
